Sao Tome and Principe is a little archipelago located in the Gulf of Guinea, with a tropical climate and surrounded by white sand beaches, a pristine ocean clean water and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
The people of the islands are very friendly and genuine. It is one of the safest destinations in Africa, just 6 hours by direct flight from Lisbon, Portugal and just over 2 hours from Windhoek, Namibia.
You will be able to know very old cocoa plantations from when this destination was one of the main producers in the world. Currently you can also give yourself a beauty treatment with cocoa.
You will walk through rainforests with millions of years, where you can feel nature in its purest form. These jungles are home to biodiversity for bird lovers, which will make this an unforgettable trip. More than 143 species of birds have been counted, being more than 30 endemic to these islands.

In Sao Tomé and Príncipe, temperatures vary from 23ºC to 30ºC, so the whole year is wonderful, with a very pleasant climate.
The rainy season is in April and November.
All year round is a good time for bird watching.
Turtle eggs hatch between January and April, and egg laying is between October and December.
The humpback whale crossing from Antarctica is from June to August, with the possibility of September.
Dolphins are seen throughout the year.
