Legal regulation applicable to the package travel contract and acceptance of the General Conditions.
These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions (BOE 14-4-98) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (BOE 11-30-2007), especially what is established in Book IV (Combined trips) and other current provisions. References in the law to the program-brochure and program-offer will be understood as referring to the order form, which is the object of the package travel contract and is binding, with the exceptions that are detailed below. The contracting parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving another jurisdiction.

Likewise, the contracting will be made in accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce.
